The aphorism that dogs are like their owners has never been less true. Lean, fit, fast and beautiful are not words that describe me. However I will endeavour to cycle 108 miles, slowly and no doubt painfully, from Cardiff to Tenby on 7 May to raise some cash for Greyhound Rescue Wales. This charity not only rescues discarded racing greyhounds but is now also committed to supporting the call to ban greyhound racing in Wales. Please, if you are able, chuck a few quid onto here and help end their exploitation.
