It is now almost 3 years since a friend of mines husband Michael passed away from sudden arrhythmic death syndrome. He was only 31 years old, fit and healthy with everything to live for. Father of 2 beautiful children and an amazing husband to Nicola. His death has shattered their lives and in order to keep his memory alive they are continuing their fund raising.

This year they are doing a swimathon and Lois will be swimming to raise money and awareness for SADS UK.
