Story

Thank you for visiting my Just Giving page. Please watch the video by clicking the Video link on the left.

I'm dedicating this challenge to Ollie, the son of my dear friends Tom and Kathleen. Ollie died aged 6 days despite the valiant efforts of the staff of the Neonatal Unit - Forth Park Hospital, Kirkcaldy.

Please give generously to help them look after others as they looked after Ollie.

The Challenge:

On the 11th July I'll be riding the Etape du Tour Act I  - 4000m ascent over 109Km culminating on the legendary summit finish of Alpe d'Huez.

The Etape is just the final staight, to get there I need to do much training. You can follow my progress on my blog.

The route to Alpe d'Huez:

LifesCycles: Sep '10 - Mar '10, Scotland’s first dedicated indoor cycling & spinning studio

Lakeland Loop: 10 April, 65 miles, Langdales, Cumbria

Cross-boarder 100:  22 May, 100 miles, Haddington, East Lothian

Tour of Pembrokeshire: 12 June, 117 miles, Saundersfoot, Pembrokeshire

And plenty of days in the saddle in between. You can follow my progress on my blog.
