Three peaks challenge - Sports Relief

The Three Peaks Challenge is an endurance challenge that will involve us navigating and climbing the three highest peaks, respectively, in England (Scarfell Pike 978m), Wales (Snowdon 1085m) and Scotland (Ben Nevis 1344m), within 24 hours.

The  itinery below will gives you a feel of how difficult the challenge will be as we will have to travel between locations and trek throughout the night to achieve the 24 hour target. 

17:00 - Begin the climb of Ben Nevis

20:00 - Summit Ben Nevis

22:00 - Return to foot of Ben Nevis and leave for Scafell Pike

04:30 - Begin climb of Scafell

07:00 - Summit Scafell

08:30 - Return to foot of Scafell and leave for Snowdon

13:30 - Begin the climb of Snowdon

15:30 - Summit Snowdon

17:00 - Return to foot of Snowdon

We are doing this as a physical challenge but more importantly to raise money for Sports Relief.

Sports Relief

Money raised for Sport Relief is spent by Comic Relief to help disadvantaged people, both at home in the UK and across the world’s poorest countries, to turn their lives around.

Fundraising cash might be spent helping kids in Africa get into primary school or supporting an isolated older person in the UK to meet other people so they feel less lonely. But one thing's for sure - the money you raise will help to make the world of difference to people's lives.
