Story

Mae cerdded yn llesol i'r corff a'r meddwl. Fel mamau i blant ifanc rydan ni yn dod at ein gilydd bob hyn a hyn i gerdded a rhoi'r byd yn ei le a chael ychydig o amser i'n hunain. Er mwyn gosod nod i'n hunain mae Camau Mamau wedi ymrwymo i gerdded Taith Gylchol Pontypridd, sy'n rhyw 12 milltir o hyd, ar ddydd Sadwrn, 5ed o Fedi a chymryd camau positif i helpu cymaint o bobl a'u teuluoedd sy'n cael eu heffeithio gan y salwch creulon yma. On Saturday, 5th September I'd signed up for the Trek 13 Challenge in the Brecon Beacons together with a group of friends and young-at-heart mothers - Camau Mamau. Due to a decision made by a landowner on the route the trek had to be cancelled last minute which I can only imagine was a devastating blow to the organisers. As a team, we have been gearing ourselves up for the trek and training hard and therefore we have decided to go ahead with the challenge and will walk the Ponty Circular route tomorrow - 12 miles in total, to attempt to raise as much money as we can for this worthy cause. Please support us if you can.
