Evaluation Consultants are taking on the challenge to trek the Three Peaks challenge in Wales on 25th June 2021. Climbing Mount Snowdon, Cadair Iris and Pen y Fan in just 24 hours! Three Peaks Challenge is a strenuous undertaking that involves around 10,000 feet of climbing that involves 25 miles of walking all within 24 hours, with little opportunity for recovery between peaks. This is going to be both physically and mentally challenging and will require a lot of support from you guys to get us through it!

The reason we are taking part in this tough challenge is we want to help a worthy charity that is close to our hearts, especially at the moment with particularly difficult circumstances that have been going on in the past year. Our Charity 'Mind' focuses on mental health which is such an integral component of wellness and wellbeing. Many people are fighting an inner battle that unfortunately we cannot see or in many cases they may not be able to speak about. The importance of their work speaks for itself with over 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem in our lifetime.

-  £100 Could pay the cost of one of infoline or legal line advisors for a whole day.

-  £50 Could help campaign for better mental health services from the Government, ensuring people get support they need, as soon as they need it.               

-  £20 Could run our online peer support community Elefriends for an hour, helping people connect with others and feel less alone.
