Hi all 

On Sunday 24th September 2017, I will be taking part in the 'Gauntlet' triathlon at Hever Castle, which is a 1.9km swim, 90km cycle and 21km run, the equivalent of a Half Ironman. Following the impact of Hurricane Irma on a close friend, I have decided to carry out a speedy one week fundraising session. With 10 million children in the Caribbean now at risk following the destruction of homes, schools and hospitals, I have chosen UNICEF as my charity to provide them with support they needs such as emergency food, medicine and clean water. 

With my estimated time of finish to be between 6 - 8 hours, this will be no easy task and any donation you make will be much appreciated.
