This charity is one that’s very close to my heart as it has helped some very close friends of mine on a couple of occasions while their amazing wee boy was receiving treatment and rehabilitation. 

Update: I’ve just signed up for the Inverness Half Marathon in March and Boulderthon in Colorado, October 2022 (full marathon). 

Ronald McDonald House Charities UK provides free ‘home away from home’ accommodation to families with children having treatment in hospital. Our Houses offer much more than just a place to stay; they provide family activities, peer support, respite, and many other services.
