I am running the 10 mile Great South Run in aid of the Mudeka Foundation, an amazing charity I did an internship with over the summer, who work to help provide an education for orphans in Zimbabwe. I have never met such passionate, lovely and welcoming trustees, dedicated to making a difference to a country close to their hearts, so this is my way of saying thank you to them for letting me be part of their Foundation and helping towards a worthy cause.

Please give any money you can, it would be hugely appreciated and will help me get through a run I am...somewhat dreading!!
