Hi everyone, 

This year my amazing mummy was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease at the young age of 50. My family and I, along with some of their lovely friends, have decided to take on the Cotswolds Trek13 in support of my mum.  

The Alzheimer's Society is an incredible organisation that offers so much to those who are affected by the disease. They were my first port of call in the early stages of mum's diagnosis and I can honestly say they helped me abundantly.

We are doing this to raise awareness for the the charity but to also show that an Alzheimers diagnosis doesn't mean that life stops!
