I've been keenly following DJ Chris Evans' 119 days to run a marathon training plan. Its going great so far. Longest long run just completed yesterday - Sun 13th. 22 miles with lovely company running and support from the running club friends. Less than 3 weeks now so the taper is starting now.

For the big day, I have a route from my home in Merriott, that visits as many family members homes as possible where I am hopeful of receiving true London Marathon support.. energy food and drink, high fives, cheery encouragement and perhaps even a toilet!
