This Sunday I will be taking part in a 5K walk in Manchester to raise awareness for Prostate Cancer. This is very close to my heart for personal reasons and I know my Grandad (my hero) will be so proud of me.

It costs £50.00 for one man to be tested, if I could raise at least £100.00 I am one step closer to saving the lives of 2 men. 

One in eight men will get Prostate Cancer, it’s a scary thought!! Within the next 10 years Prostate Cancer UK believes they will find the answers to ensure the disease is something men and their loved ones no longer fear. 

Please help me to raise awareness and to keep my Grandad fighting 💙
