We’re the only charity fighting to end child abuse in the UK and Channel Islands. That’s why we help children who’ve been abused to rebuild their lives, we protect children at risk, and we find the best ways of preventing child abuse from ever happening.

Story

Human life matters, and none more so than the lives of all children in our country and around the world. If all children got a great start in life, living in a safe, secure and loving environment, the world would be a much healthier and happier place. Physical and emotional abuse, a severe lack of love and attention and worse, is the sad reality for many children in Northern Ireland and around the globe. This is why I choose to fundraise for the NSPCC NI. I've hiked over the Mournes a few times in the past to help raise money for them, this time I'll be doing something a bit different. I,m going to push a wheelbarrow 60 miles or so around the Ards peninsula. Hopefully, pushing a wheelbarrow for 60 miles isn't as mad as it sounds. As long as I don't get a puncture, I should be fine.
The NSPCC is such an important cause. Please support if you can.
Thank you.
