We are the Evergreen Eagles and we are set to get fit and help the Medpoint Fit4Care event achieve their fundraising goal!  We are one of five home areas participating at McCormick Home and with the help of family, friends, caregivers, and staff, we will do our best to get fit and have fun.

This year McCormick Care Foundation will take CARE to the next level, and improve the emotional and mental health of the residents by funding ADDITIONAL programs and services such as, social work, music therapy, concerts, excursions, spiritual care...and more.
