Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit ourJustGiving page.

A group of 22 Eversheds Sutherland property employees are running the Midlands 10K for LandAid, a national property-focused charity. We would be grateful if you can show us your support by giving what you can!

LandAid is a property charity, who intend to improve national development by solving youth homelessness in the UK. Numerous charities lack the time, expertise and experience required to manage and improve their buildings. LandAid arranges for property professionals to give free advice to UK charities supporting disadvantaged young people. Last year, the charity gave up to 12,000 young people advice, which amounted to 77 workdays. Such property advice includes searching for properties, negotiating leases and purchases, providing property legal advice, building surveys, to name a few.

Their main goal is to provide accommodation and support for such young people, last year housing over 8,000 young people and helping nearly 3,000 young people gain access to employment. With this unique charity, businesses and people alike throughout the property industry are coming together to help deliver life-changing projects to vulnerable young people who are/have experienced or are at the unthinkable risk of homelessness.
