“Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.” 🗣️
NWTC has given me the opportunity to do a sponsored Skydive on 19th July 2023 which will be raising money towards the charity Mind. Mind are a mental health focused group in England + Wales who are growing every day to support people struggling, and making them feel respected. Mental health affects everybody whether it be you personally or someone you know. Any gender, any age, any background, mental illness does not discriminate and please remember it does not define you. 💙
I don’t know enough about the statistics or increasing rates of MH issues but having loved ones both family and friends close to me (including me) who’s lives have been put on hold due to a spectrum of mental health issues are the reasons I’ve decided to make this ‘jump’. 🪂
Please have a look at these links to get more information on what the Mind group do to assist people and the impact they’ve had on people so far. 💭

£500 is an achievable goal for the given time. This could even be £2 off 250 people so please, if you could share this post to help it reach as many people as possible I will be so grateful and we’ll be making a small difference together. 🙏
Thank you in advance for your generosity and taking time to read this/ view the links.
Wish me luck in the Sky 🪂🛩️💙
