Hi, I'm Evie.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. 

While you're here I might as well tell you some things about myself. I'm ten (eleven in November). I love baking, writing and planning and can totally see myself as an interior designer one day. Around a month ago I went through a phase of feeling depressed and miserable all the time. And, without knowing it, my self talk was really negative. I never wanted to do anything or go anywhere and I was eating unhealthily too. Most days I would lie in bed watching Netflix all day. There were so many things I wanted to change about myself. When I finally realised what I'd become I was horrified and seriously needed a change, so I made some pledges to myself. One TV episode a day (two on holidays and weekends). Only healthy food, like fruit and veg, on week days. And to remember what I love about myself. Lastly, to walk/run our block (just over a mile) every day in October. And that brings us to right about now, you reading my webpage and me keeping my promise.

 Children's mental health is a big issue that is not being given anywhere near the amount of attention it deserves. Please donate generously and help spread awareness of this problem.
