Ten-year-old Evie, from Birmingham, is currently living with a complex metabolic condition. Evie loves horse-riding and trying new things, and her greatest wish is to have a family holiday somewhere in the UK to enjoy the outdoor activities. We need £2000 to fulfil Evie's wish.
