We provide a helpline, and campaign to help prevent male suicide in the UK

Evolve are trying to raise awareness and money for the prevention of male suicide. We are going to get on the Assault Airbike for 24 hours which is not going to be easy, for this I hope you can get behind us and support in any way you can.

CALM, the campaign against living miserably, offers men support and information when they’re down or in crisis.

They exist to prevent suicide, the single biggest killer of men aged under 45 in the UK. Latest figures show that 76% of all UK suicides were male.

Over the 24 hours the Evolve staff (n4) will try hit 500-600miles which equates to 20,000 calories. We will also have 1 other bike which members and friends will keep going for 24 hours.

Fresh Fitness Food will be providing us with all of our nutrition for the 24hours!

The date is 29th March and you are welcome to join from 5pm - 5pm on the 30th March.

The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against male suicide, the single biggest killer of men under 45 in the UK. Their goal is a life less miserable for you, your friends, your family and for all men.
