Story
CLIC Sargent have provided ongoing help to the family of Sophie Bell since her diagnosis with a malignant brain tumour in February 2012. From visiting them in Addenbrookes hospital, clinic appointments, at home and in the hospice they provided continuing support to Sophie and her family. CLIC Sargent assists families in meeting their needs- from putting them in touch with other charities to arrange fun days out, organising holidays to allow breaks from a difficult routines and circumstances to assisting financially where needed. CLIC Sargent also help with access to information helpful to families and schools and provided advice and materials to support Exning Primary School, its pupils and Sophie's friends throughout Sophie's illness. They continue to provide that support.
