I am a Doctor working for Air Ambulance Kent, Surrey and Sussex.  It is a great privlege to work for this amazing charity.  We are funded entirely by donations and without your help, we would not be able to continue providing life saving treatment to severely injured and unwell patients.

Those of you that know me will know I am far from an endurance sportsman!  I want to challenge myself to do something I have never done anything like before and hopefully raise some money for the charity along the way.  Nightrider is a 100km cycle ride around the streets of London overnight from 8th to 9th June 2019.

So in just over 3 weeks at 10:45pm, I will take to the streets on my borrowed bike (thanks Gav!) with my Air Ambulance Kent, Surrey and Sussex flag and pedal for 100km through the night!

I am expecting it to be tough and I would really appreciate your donations to keep me training, get me through the night and help support our Air Ambulance service.
