Football to Amsterdam 2019 - Yorkshire route · 7 June 2019 to 9 June 2019 ·

Prostate Cancer UK has a simple ambition - to stop men dying from prostate cancer. Through shifting the science over the next 10 years to focus on radical improvements in diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and support, we will stop prostate cancer being a killer.

Story

After the success of 2018 I’m taking part in Football to Amsterdam, a two day, 145-mile bike ride to the Dutch capital for a second time. Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men. It’s a disease which kills one man every 45 minutes – that’s two men during a football match. But Prostate Cancer UK know that we can turn it around. Their aim is to make this a disease the next generation need not fear.

I'm fortunate that my health is good and I can help make a difference.  I was overwhelmed by the support and encouragement I received for the 2018 ride and if you possibly can I would really appreciate your support again for the 2019 event.

Let's help kick Prostate Cancer  into touch once and for all.

Thank you.
