Mental Health issues are very common but hardly detected. They are also hard to deal with and the approach is different per individuals, that's why I am raising money for Mind whom specialise in helping and supporting people with issues. Over the year, i have known and met lots of individuals with various degrees of mental health issues, and it was heart breaking when i felt powerless to help, just because i didn't know what to do and how to help. The Mind Charity are experts in this matter and they help countless of individuals whom would otherwise be on their own with their own issues.
