Hi guys,

Im doing the Snowdonia challange on the 12th June, the challenge consists of a 40 mile bike ride round Snowdon, 6 mile climb to the top of Snowdon and finally canoe a course on Llyon Gwynant .  

Alzheimer's, is the most common form of dementia. This incurable, degenerative and terminal disease which has 26.6 million sufferers worldwide. Alzheimers is predicted to affect 1 in 85 people globally by 2050.
