After my GCSE exams were cancelled I felt that I could use my spare time to help people and potentially raise money for charity at the same time by making face masks. While shops were closed I raided my mums offcuts for materials. I also reached out to my friends and family who kindly donated their spare fabric. My gran taught me how to sew but I had to refresh my knowledge for this project. They’ve proven to be really popular and another extra perk it’s keeping me busy!
