Story
In 2023, FACT (Fighting All Cancers Together) turns 15 - an incredible birthday milestone for an incredible charity.
So I thought to myself… ‘what can this insignificant Patron who’s limited in endurance but maxed out in enthusiasm do to mark the occasion?’
Step forward the FACT15 Challenge.
15 endurance events - from marathons to half marathons, 10 miles to 10km races - across 12 months.
I’ll be running the parks of Manchester, the streets of Edinburgh, coasts of the North East, the hills of Leeds & of course, through my beautiful home city of Newcastle - all with one aim - to raise £15,000 for FACT.
So I only ask of you one (several) thing(s).

Because while it’s going to be painful, while it’s going to be challenging; physically & mentally, while it’s certainly going to be one of the biggest sporting tests of my life...
...it’ll be nothing compared to what millions go through bravely fighting cancer every single day.
