As a school, we would like to raise funds to help displaced children and families who have been affected by conflict in both Europe and the Middle East with donations to the charity UNICEF. To support this cause, Fairstead House School and Nursery will be having a non-uniform day on Friday the 18th of March. In the past, we have asked for a donation of £1 to be collected on the day, but please do feel free to donate what you can. 

UNICEF, the United Nations Children's Fund, is a humanitarian organisation that  provides healthcare, education and protection from violence for children and families around the world.  This is a charity that "is working around the clock to keep families safe".
