Story
As a car fanatic Dad's favourite event of the year was Shere Hill Climb. This year will be no exception as we plan to take over the driving race for him - we will race one of his much loved cars 'Nelly' in his memory.
Dad unfortunately passed away this Summer after an incredibly short, yet aggressive, battle with a Glioblastoma brain tumour. When we realised he would not be around for the hill climb this year Faith asked him if she could have permission to race for him. After a brief pause (he was super protective of his old cars!) he of course said yes.
So in a few short weeks, as promised to Dad, Faith will take to the drivers seat and Grace will be 'co-pilot' and we hope very much to make it up the Shere Hill...hopefully with Nelly still intact!
