Gaza is constantly in the news  - constant bombardment has sadly created orphans of innocent children. I have decided to take part in this charity cycle ride to raise funds through Al-Khair Foundation.

'Give in charity even if it be one date, as this will stop the hunger of the hungry person; and will extinguish sin the way water extinguishes fire.

I'll be riding 40+ miles on a sponsored cycle ride in Blackburn along with others who have taken on this challenge to get fit, ride and fundraise for  a noble cause.
