Family Compass is a mental health charity based in Barnstaple, North Devon, providing a variety of therapeutic support to children and their families. We rely on grants, fundraising and donations to deliver our community services and thought doing both the Croyde Ocean Triathlon AND the Exmoor Swim would be a great way to raise awareness and funds!
