We have been racking our brain as a family trying to work out a way we could do something to show our gratitude to everyone that is helping on the frontline in these unprecedented times we find ourselves in.

We have all agreed that at 8.00am Friday 10th April 2020 we are going to use our exercise bike in our home in Folkestone, Kent to cycle nonstop as a family tag team to Old Trafford, Manchester and back totalling the 500 mile target.

We are all missing football among many other things of course and would have been due to a match at Old Trafford as a family and my own love for the football club meant it was at the top of the destination list also. I managed to persuade the team that Old Trafford was a sensible destination! 😄
