Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Proving that dialysis is no barrier to crazy ideas, over 3 days in June 2011, kidney patient Guy Hill and his intrepid team will walk, climb, scramble over 10 peaks in Snowdonia to reach the same height as Mount Everest. This madness is to raise funds for the North West Region Kidney Patients' Association. We intend to use any money raised to fund a holiday dialysis facility in North Wales so that patients can enjoy the area in a more sedate way! Guy commented that he has three days to complete the climb before he has to be back on his haemodialysis machine - A tough call!
The Searle family will support this climb as far as Jenny's 7-year old and Helena's 9-year old legs will carry them starting with a climb of Snowdon on Friday 3rd June and finishing on Sunday 5th June.
Guy is Jenny's Godfather and if this 7-year old can support Guy by climbing these mountains, then a small donation to this good cause is a small price to pay.
