Mountbatten-Hampshire (formerly Countess Mountbatten Hospice) is a charity which provides free care and support to people with any life-limiting illness, including respiratory disease, Motor Neurone Disease, heart disease, advanced dementia and cancer. They also provide free bereavement and psychological support to patients and their families.

Mountbatten-Hampshire is an independent charity which, each and every year, must raise more than £7m to ensure they can care for the growing number of people who need them. 

Facts about the costs:

• £25 could help fund one hour of complementary therapy for the patients.
• £50 could help fund a month’s support materials for bereavement sessions. 
• £100 could help fund the patient & visitor transport service for one day.
