So, I'm cycling 53 miles from capital to coast including a couple of whopping great hills. Anyone who remembers me coming last in the mile run at school knows what a challenge this is for me.

Merlin (or Medical Emergency Relief International) are a great charity, who provide medical assistance in natural disaster and conflict affected regions all over the world.
