So early this year amidst the start of this unprecedented pandemic, I lost a friend to a sudden heart attack. Last month, I also lost a former school mate to a heart attack. These men were in their late 40s.

This taught me that we must change. We have to change our perspective on life and most importantly our health. So I have recently taken up cycling to improve my health and my well-being. And to remember these two men, I am taking part in this 60 mile ride (Manchester to Blackpool) on the 13th of September 2020. This is a 1st for me hence a very challenging event so please donate what you can so we can all make a difference. Every little helps. I thank you kindly.
