A team from the BAM Nuttall Leeds Flood Alleviation Scheme will be using their annual Volunteering Day to raise money for the Lighthouse Futures Trust by completing a sponsored cycle ride from Liverpool to Leeds.

The 127 mile route will follow the Liverpool to Leeds canal and the team hopes to complete it in two days.

The Lighthouse Futures Trust is a local charity that assists young adults with autism make the transition from school and college into employment.
