I am taking part in the 2009 fastnet race and thought it would be a good idea to make the most of it by giving something back to the lads and lasses who have given so much for us. Whether you agree with recent conflicts or not these guys need and deserve our support!

So please give what you can! It doesn`t have to be a lot and can make a huge difference to our heroes lives, unless you`re rich then give a lot and make an even huger difference! (is that a word?)
