Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page,
here's a summary of what I'm planning to do in my 2nd year of
Architecture at the University of Nottingham with the charity 'Education
Africa'.
During the course of the year a group of us will be designing an Early Learning Centre in the town of Limpopo in South Africa - a very rural, undeveloped area in need of education and aid. By April 2011 we will have worked with some 5th year students and will be ready to actually construct the structure from scratch, an experience that would be invaluable.
Not only is the project for a
fantastic cause, the idea of being part of a team that works together
from the the design stages to the final construction process is
extremely exciting!
We aim to raise a total of £100, 000 as a group to cover the construction and material costs, therefore, individually I need to reach the target of £2,000 and that can be done easily with your help!
Please donate generously as any amount will be appreciated!Previous years have also taken part in the same sort of projects, you can take a look at what they achieved and get an idea of what we hope to do... www.projectjouberton.com
