We are a small charity, that aims to improve healthcare in developing countries. We aim to provide hospitals and clinics with much needed funds and medical equipment. We are currently raising funds to equip an eye unit for Mullaitivu District General Hospital in Sri Lanka.

Story

Hello everyone! Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In August 2016, I will be taking part in a sponsored trek to Machu Picchu, this is a 70km trek reaching heights greater than 4,600m.

All the money raised will be going to The Little Things charity which is aiming to improve the level of healthcare provided in hospitals in developing countries. Most of the hospitals are in remote areas with no government funding or resources.

Last year The Little Things charity was able to fund the first eye clinic in Arusha, Tanzania and this year hope to fund an MRI scanner, a primary outpatient hospital and a premature baby clinic.

Any donations will be greatly appreciated, no matter how much it is!
