Hi Everybody.
This is my last challenge of the year and by far for me the
most difficult challenge I have ever faced. Let’s be honest, The furthest I
ever ran before starting my training 3 weeks ago was to KFC which really isn’t far
as I usually drove to the car park outside. Never the less I honestly believe we
(Humans) are capable of anything and a lot of the time its mind over matter. So
yea, I am going to Do a Half marathon on 45 days’ notice. I have uploaded all my activity on Strava,

I have only recently did a Skydive but I would like to get
as close as I can to the 300 pounds mark for Transaid. To make it more
interesting if I raise £200 by the 1st of October I will run a 5k
Live on Facebook in a Dress… Also For anyone that Donates please pick 2 songs
