On Saturday 9th April, from 10-10.45am, we'll be hosting a fundraising event for Unicef's Ukraine Appeal with a yoga class on Instagram Live.

With more than 3.75 million children displaced by the war and so many facing an uncertain future, we wanted to do our bit to try and help provide families with access to clean water, deliver supplies to those who have been forced to flee, and improve access to healthcare in Ukraine.

The class will be hosted by Social Media Executive/RYT-200 certified yoga teacher Meg, who has experience teaching Vinyasa, Yin and Rocket yoga. Though Meg is partial to the odd handstand, she's promised to take it easy and make the session as accessible as possible for all.
