Story

Fat but Fit Fay challenge for June 2022 is to walk or jog backwards in water 60,000 steps . 

The steps represent the number of patients on dialysis in the UK . 

Fortunately,because of an early diagnosis by my GP I am not on dialysis ,  so can lead an active life at present. 

So ,if you fancy supporting me for a good cause ,please donate . Fay x
