One in two of us will be diagnosed with Cancer in our lifetime. 

Cancer can be devastating, not only for the person with the diagnosis, but also for their friends and family. 

Macmillan offer a lifeline to so many people -  helping everyone with cancer live life as fully as they can, providing physical, financial and emotional support. 

During my time at London Ambulance Service I worked closely with Macmillan and was  blown away by their skill, knowledge and the compassionate care they delivered. I am in awe of the work that they do.  

This year I have decided to take on the Jurassic Coast Challenge Marathon, raising money for Macmillan. On 17th May 2020 I will be running 42km, starting in Weymouth and finishing in Bridpoint. 

This is no ordinary marathon as I will also be climbing over 1000m.
