We are raising funds to support the role of our Art Development Officer, who works with patients while they undergo dialysis, supporting them in a range of activities from painting to mosaic making. The service is very important to those who participate as it provides them with a meaningful and enjoyable activity, as well as a sense of pride as their artworks are displayed in exhibitions within our hospitals.

In the longer term we hope to produce a recipe book alongside our patients and Art Development Officer. Diet is a big part of our renal patients' care and we hope to be able to work with them to provide something that will make meal preparation enjoyable and practical, and include illustrations produced by the patients.
