Hi everyone,

My story started last year on the 5th October when my dad was diagnosed with a rare terminal cancer caused by asbestos. The years we thought we had with him turned to months and eventually week after being told he was too ill to have chemo. He died 12 weeks after diagnosis on January 5th in hospital with my family all around him. This year has been the hardest time of my life and after running the Shrewsbury Half Marathon in June, i've decided to run another to raise even more money for MesoUk.
