Pedal Power! I've managed to secure a last minute place in the 'Trois Etape' - this is a 4 day bike race in the Alps, consisting of a time trial followed by 3 days of consecutive mountain climbs which take in some of the toughest climbs featured in the Tour de France - climbing around 2,500m every day.  Daily highlights are being broadcast on Channel 4 and British Eurosport, so you can feel safe in the knowledge that, should you want to, you can watch me haul my padded ass and wonky helmet up the Alps and know that you have contruibuted to a great cause.

I have a huge target to meet, so please, please dig deep and donate whatever you feel you can - whatever the amount, it will all be gratefully received.
