I have decided to take part in a Skydive for Mind - The Mental Health Charity and my amazing friend Monique has decided to jump with me! Sadly both my Dad and Grandad tragically lost their lives to mental health and it was the worst time of my life! You can't ever prepare yourself for the devistation and asking why? We want to raise awareness for mental health as so many people are suffering in silence and the disease is more common than people think! My dad was like a second dad to Monique and I am overwhelmed that she is doing this with me for him & my grandad! Just amazing!

So many people take their own lives due to mental health disease and I want people suffering to know they're not alone and that we do care about them! No one should ever have to feel so low to the extent they no longer want to live. Mental Health is a disease, it's not a choice!
