WHITE COLLAR BOXING LONDON PRESENTS... ETERNAL GLORY · 21 June 2019 to 28 June 2019 ·

Far too many of us have felt the pain of losing someone we love. With your donations, we power groundbreaking cardiovascular research to save and improve lives, bring hope to families, and keep hearts beating across the UK.

Story

My beautiful sister, Lauren (more commonly known as Bionic Badass) has had a whopping 5 open heart surgeries as she was born with a rare congenital heart condition called Truncus Arteriosus with an interrupted aortic arch, or as explained to me and my pea sized brain as ‘a hole in the heart’. The lifesaving treatment and care she has received has been nothing short of amazing. Sadly, her valve replacements won’t last forever, and as she’s had so many open heart surgeries, she’ll be unable to have any more. The hope is that in future there will be a way of replacing her valves through key hole surgery. Any donations made will help fund research into conditions like my sisters, and many others, with their main purpose being to beat heartbreak.

I’m in total awe of Lauren’s unwavering determination, fight for survival. In short, she’s a walking miracle, a total legend, and the nicest human on the planet ‘with a full sized aortic pump’, who currently works as a Paediatric Nurse. So, I’m of course dedicating my boxing fight to her, for inspiring me to have some guts and balls, to never moan about the bad things that life catapults at us, and to keep getting up again when you get knocked down ❤ Lauren, you're forever my heroine.

Thank you for any donations you dreamy lot xx
