We fund dementia research to help defeat dementia.

Story

BRACE, our 2018 charity of the year, is a Bristol-based charity that supports research towards finding a cure for dementia.

BRACE was nominated by ForrestBrown-er, Emily Williams, after finding out first-hand about the impact of dementia can have on not just those diagnosed - but their families too.

Emily’s father was diagnosed with dementia in 2010, and has spent the last 8 years undergoing complex medical tests to find out his exact diagnosis and battling the condition. His decline has been heartbreaking for his entire family.

ForrestBrown is fundraising for BRACE, to help fund the vital research that could one day find a cure. Please donate what you can!

About the charity

BRACE funds world-class clinical and laboratory research into dementia to find better treatments, achieve earlier diagnosis and, one day, a cure. Together we will defeat dementia.
