Story

I'm aiming to ride 874 miles - the equivalent of cycling from Lands End to John o' Groats (via routes in my local area) - in support of the Rethink Mental Illness charity.

As well as trying to raise funds for people living with mental illness who need help, I'm also hoping to raise awareness by asking people to share their top tips for overcoming mental health worries. My aim is to encourage us all to play a part in improving mental health and wellbeing for ourselves and others.

You can follow how I am doing on Strava over the year, or via social media #FeelsOnWheels and donate to push me onwards in my journey. Rethink Mental Illness help improve the lives of people severely affected by mental illness through their network of local groups and services, expert information and successful campaigning. Their goal is to make sure everyone affected by severe mental illness has a good quality of life.
